Excellent Bowl

I was in need of an inexpensive plastic bowl because I didn't want to deal with shatters on the floor. I had moderate expectations for this bowl, but it blew me away. It is top notch. The plastic is high quality and has some heft to it. You can't understand the quality of it by looking at the picture. It's only when it's in your hand that you can feel it. The ridges on the bottom make the lather explode into the perfect consistency, almost like a meringue. I love this bowl. It also looks nice enough that it's allowed to remain in sight when it's not in use.

Usually when I think of plastic lathering bowls I think of thin, cheap “gets the job done” bowls. Maggard would never do that to us! This bowl is a thick heavy duty plastic, and the ridges inside help create the thickest lather from the smallest amount of any shaving soap. The black color is super clean and looks nice too. The amount of lather I’m easily able to build in this bowl makes me so excited to shave every time. This bowl truly helps a little of any shaving soap go a long way.

Love this lathering bowl! The swirls and inside texture really help generate lather quickly. Perfectly sized bowl too. The black color looks great. I’m glad Maggard Razors offers this color. I don’t know why blue is the common color among other sellers. I bought 3 other bowls prior to this one. Should have pickup one of these first and saved myself some money.
