Good size and it works

Good Price, good size, and you can staunch the worst "oops" with it. Hold it on the laceration long enough is the only tip, and rinse when done. The alum block is best for micro abrasions or scuffs, but this is what you need to the occasional real mayhem. The case is a bit light duty for travel but probably good enough with some care.

I know that the case is really flimsy and cheap but it truly works. I use blood thinners and just put it on the nick for about 5-10 seconds. It’s much more effective then an alum block and really inexpensive for what does. Great product, casing should be better. I will definitely buy again.

I cut myself pretty bad. It sting me a lot but it clotted pretty quickly for me.
