I got this recently as an early Christmas gift from one of my sisters, and got the chance to try it right before Christmas. Lather performance is on par for what I've experienced from other Stirling soaps (builds a nice and thick lather, but it is thirsty). The scent is quite pleasant and complex, fruity, citrusy, breezy, green, and a bit woody and spicy. Like some of the other soaps I've tried, it smells like something I would enjoy eating if I could. the scent is fairly mild before you lather it up, but becomes a lot stronger once lathered. One thing I realized when putting it on is that it smells like it would pair nicely with Pinaud Clubman (original) Aftershave. When looking over the notes for Clubman and Campania's inspiration (Acqua di Parma's Fico di Amalfi), it turns out the two have a lot of similar and complementary notes. I tried them together, and they're a fantastic pairing. If you go for this, I recommend either buying a bottle of Clubman with it if you don't already have one, or saving some for this if you do. I'm not sure I could anything else as a complement to this, it works that well.
