I'm new to wet shaving and when my friend brought me to maggards on a toad trip, I couldn't help but spend hours - literally hours - scrolling the maggards website. I noticed the soaps and decided if I was pampering my face, then why not the restime of me. This was my first artisan soap and it's all I hoped it to be. The smell is out of this world and fragrants the entire bathroom andmaster bedroom. Skin is soft. There is no soap residue left on the washcloth like commercial ****. Our 7 ando 10 year old boys love using it too and now have their own.
