Maggard Razors DE Safety Razor MR18 Stainless Steel, Handle Only

I really like this handle, somewhat better than the Ikon OSS stainless I also have. The MR18 is a little longer, but not as fat, so it is somewhat lighter, and the MR18's bottom end is fatter than the shaft so it gives you a better grip than with the Ikon, which is the same thickness throughout. The fit and finish are very good too. I bought this handle along with the matte silver V3M head, and together they make a great combination.

Hefty, long, with great knurling. One prob... It doesn't actually fit in between the blade supports of my Rockwell 6S. I had to take an angle grinder to it and remove almost 1mm of material from around the top of the handle. There was plenty of extra material to remove safely. Now that it fits, it's a big upgrade from the stock Rockwell handle. Much better grip.

Purchased two of these for my EJ89 heads. Weight and length is just perfect and the Knurling is slip proof for wet hands. The added weight makes the EJ89 heads work flawlessly for a BBS shave every time with little effort. I totally recommend!
