House of Mammoth Alive Artisan Aftershave Balm, 4oz - Alcohol Free
I reached out to Vida of Chicago Grooming Co. to collaborate on a post shave product to complement the Tusk base. I really wanted a runny balm inspired by her fantastic Good Oleo skin serum. Mammoth Magic aftershave balm is the result.
Usage: A dime-sized amount applied to a wet face after your shave. Turn dispenser top 1/4 turn to lock and unlock.
Notes: green apple, bergamot, basil, plant stem, white florals, labdanum, oakmoss, wood, laundry musk
Alive opens with top notes of green apple, bergamot, and basil before transitioning into soapy white floral with powdery labdanum and fresh plant stem, then finishes in oakmoss, wood, and laundry musk.
I made Alive as a way to work through my own process of emerging from the lockdown and pandemic disruptions, to find ways to be reborn, to reemerge celebrating the growth that often happens through death and dormancy.
