Razor blade are hard to review, as what works for me may not work for you. To let you know my "blade references", I like the sharpness of Astra SPs, but feel the QC is occasionally a bit off leading to a blade that only lasts 2 comfy shaves versus the 4 to 5 that I normally expect. Most Astra blades last four shaves for me, but I feel more I get more variance with this brand than others. Persona Blues to me are not sharp enough, same with Wilkinson Swords. I love the smooth non-irritating feel of Derbys, but have eventually realized those are not sharp enough for a close long-lasting shave either. Feathers are fine, but I find the blade dulls rapidly. and I usually get only two shaves from them, unacceptable at the price point. Gillette Yellows are also excellent, and can last six shaves or more, a good deal - except for the fact that I am a cheapskate! So with those standards established, I can tell you the Rockwell blades are my new favorites. Roughly as expensive as Astras, they are as sharp and considerably smoother in most razors (the Astras work better in slants in my experience). More importantly, the Rockwells are immensely consistent and can go for five shaves blade after blade. So one box here = a very solid 500 shaves for $10. A comparable number of Astras is good for maybe 350 to 400 shaves due to occasional QC hits and misses. The Rockwells also have great packaging too, with each blade wrapped in two layers of paper --- and not a drop of glue! I know some users don't like these, but in my book this is the best deal in DE blades currently!
