Edwin Jagger DE87BL Ivory DE Safety Razor

I got real tired of spending an exhorbent amount of money on blades for my Pro Glide, decided to get one of these and see what all the fuss was about. OK, first, this particular razor has a short handle, not so short that you can't manuever well, it doesn't bother me, but something you should be made aware. Second it takes some getting use to, first time use big time irritation on my neck, (note no shaving cream no shave there) it is a learning process. Now i have been using it for a week, my wife tells me how much she loves the no stubble on the cheeks and chin. I am smooth, smooth, smooth at 5 PM and I am not using a brush yet. (ordered it today). The greatest complment I can say is I have recommended it to all my friends and would buy this again. I was highly impressed with the quick turn around. I ordered it on Tuesday and shaved with it on Friday. 2 thumbs up. Oh, and just so you know, a nick with my Pro Glide I didn't have to stop the bleeding. This thing is sharp nicked my chin and it bled for a while. Sharp and the blade has lasted a week so far, a lot longer than I anticipated. Get this or one similar and you won't look back.
