Impressive razor, a real beauty

I’ve been wet shaving going on a couple few months now and have developed a pretty bad case of RAD and LOVING it!! I’ve been wanting to buy a slant and another open comb less aggressive than my r41 for a while now and this beauty being both was perfect for me. I read a lot of reviews about ‘The Crooked’ (love the name!) and just shaved with it today with about 5 days of beard growth. I was very gentle and paid lots of respect to this beauty regarding pressure and speed and the shave I got from this golden Fatip open comb slant named ‘The Crooked’ is to freakin die for. Zero irritatIon, so smooth, a couple times it felt like there was no blade in it at all. I was slightly intimidated from all the reviews warning this razor was not for beginners and that it has blade alignment issues. I didn't experience any issues like that. I installed with the top cap down loosely, then tapped one side with a credit card to push it over a little but honestly it was pretty well lined up prior to doing this and I just did it following a suggestion from a review I watched earlier. This gold razor looks beautiful on my sink top. Oh, I used an MDC original scent soap sample and some pre-shave oil with a fine Badger brush to get the job done. Thanks Maggard razors for the ‘as usual’ exceptional service!
