The finish of the MR8 is a satin matte stainless steel. It won't flake or chip like Chrome could over the years. There is no head included with this product.
The knurling is more accurate and defined than our brass handles.
Handle Compatibility:
The MR8 fits most double edge safety razor heads that have flat spots at least 11.2mm wide. A few heads (Weber, Gillette NEW) have smaller areas available for flush mounting a handle Please keep this in mind when purchasing this item.
As a final thought – Try not to compare this razor to your $150 IKON safety razor when you receive it. Shave with it, enjoy it, and remember, this is a budget razor that probably cost less than you spent on lunch last Tuesday. Maggard Razors will make every effort to ship out orders on the same day placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. On Saturday, most parcels should ship if placed before 10am EST - otherwise it will ship the following Monday. Orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. If it is an unusually busy day your order may be delayed no more than 1 business day.
Unused items (except samples) may be returned within 10 days for a full refund or store credit. For orders that qualified for free or reduced shipping, if a return causes the resulting total order size to be under the free shipping threshold (currently $59.00), the actual cost of shipping we paid will be reduced from your refund.
