This soap is great, and I would have rated it a five star performer except for a few things. The lather is great and really protective, and it does a great job there, it's also good value considering how long it lasts, I've been using it every day for almost two months now and you can barely tell. The scent is very pleasant and mild, a nice sweet almond scent. But it's a little too mild, you cannot smell it on your skin or during the shave. I really can only smell it when I am loading the brush. Even then it's barely noticeable. This might be more accurately marketed as an unscented soap. Still, the smell when you can experience it is really very nice. The lather and value are outstanding too, so if you like something really mild and that is gonna last you a while then perhaps this soap is for you. I do really look forward to trying out more DR Harris soaps in the future.
