The GR-100B (CJB) is a knock off of the Feather Artist Club series shavette. Quality of these are fair; not nearly up to the quality of Feather - but if you're looking for an inexpensive alternative this may fit the bill.

A synthetic water stone, the Naniwa Chosera line is noticeably harder than its less expensive Super Stone cousins. This stone is one of the fastest cutting, reliable stones on the market for professional sharpening. Use with Water only. Hone should be lapped (flattened) before first use

Base color Orange; some black, white, brown, and even green are in some of these. One will be chosen at random. These factory-made plastic scales will will accept blades up to 6/8″, and grinds ranging from half hollow to full hollow. I would not recommend a very heavy grind razor be pinned into these scales – it will stick out pretty far. Although the “wedge” on these scales isn’t very “wedgie”, the scales are at least functional. For the price, they aren’t so bad. A cheap alternative to custom scales to get your old razors going again. These scales will accept blades up to 4.5" from pivot hole to tip of blade.
