This scent has top notes of Orange and Grapefruit, middle notes of Black Pepper and Pelargonium (Geranium), and base notes of Patchouli, Cedar, Vetiver, and Vanilla. It's elegant, grassy, and amazingly provocative.

Inspired by Terre d'Hermes (Fragrance Oil)

Ingredients: Denatured Alcohol, Witch Hazel, Fragrance Oil, Aloe, Glycerin, Hydrovance

Stirling's Arcadia is a "poor man's" TdH yet has (to borrow from previous review) less overwhelming offensiveness than TdH.

I'd agree that this comes short of Terre d'Hermes, however in my opinion it smells better than TdH! Has the beautiful smokey, orange of TdH, but doesn't have the overwhelming strength/scent projection of TdH that I don't enjoy. Excellent moisturizing properties for a alcohol-based splash, I've been gravitating more-and-more towards Stirlings splashes.

Stirling's aftershaves are very good at being an astringent while keeping the face from feeling dry afterwards. That said, I think Stirling's attempt to recreate Terre d' Hermes misses the mark. Something doesn't smell right......I'd rather go with Fine's L' Orange Noir in this case.
