Best of the carbon treets

Silvers are the best of the Treet carbon steel blades, getting 4+ shaves in vintage razor and edging out the other two decent Treet carbons: Dura Sharp and Falcon. I've never seen any of the carbon Treets rust, even after sitting used in a disposal tin in my vanity.

I selected these as a part of a sampler (I wish I didn't). These razors are of poor quality. I shave my head using a Merkur Mk34c. I could barely attain a clean (complete) shave using the single blade I used from this pack. Will stash these away and hopefully forget about them.

Carbon steel = rusting so you replace blades after every shave. Blades dulled quickly with little use. Can't recommend As cheaper Stainless steel is better.

As others have said, blades are a personal thing. However for me, these are a step above derby or big ben. They do have sharpness, but like to tug and pull. Don't do well at all in TTO razors. Still haven't used the entire package up yet. MOST shaves so far have required some touchup with a razor loaded with my last remaining Treet Classic

Received these blade as part of a sample pack. One of the most uncomfortable shaves of my life. I had two days worth of beard and every pass of blade was very rough, the tug/pull on the beard was quite strong, the blade missed a lot of hair/beard and left me with considerably irritated skin. My previous shave was with a Gillette Nacet blade being used for the fourth time and it still performed like a champ. I will not give these blades a second chance.
