Classic Vanilla After Shave Lotion is a suave, masculine scent. The heart of the after shave is an exotic blend of rich spices, jasmine, sage and lavender.

Clubman Classic Vanilla......hmmmm.... Well, if the original Clubman screams Victorian Gentleman or Country Club, the Classic says 60's Advertising Executive and the Jet Age. I think it is the Jasmine which predominates after the opening notes. It has much of the classic Clubman vibe: the powder dry down, etc. but is more subtle, as is the vanilla which is really just a hint of sweetness. Still masculine but in a more modern way, and I would say sophisticated. Doesn't last as long as the original Clubman but that is OK. It will certainly get you though your am meeting or dinner with your wife. Like all Clubman products, leaves the face feeling very nice.

Great aftershave that really soothes razor burn. Very similar to Fine Accoutrements American Blend, but a fraction of the cost. I love the original Clubman, but it’s too strong, and after a while gives me a terrible headache. Don’t have that problem with Clubman Vanilla — much lighter. Can’t beat the price either! Get a sample and give it a try!

The scent of this product lingers much longer than any other aftershave I've used, I smell it taking a shower the next day. This may not be a favorable quality to some, but it is to me. You can use this in lieu of cologne. I would describe the scent as suave, and it overpowers many shave soaps and creams, so you can use it with scents you may not think are compatible. My favorite is with sandalwood scented cream. It is an alcohol-based aftershave and you will feel a bit of stinging if you've had a particularly aggressive shave. However, this is a bareable sting which I would describe as less uncomfortable than an alum bar, and significantly more pleasant than any styptic pencil. This aftershave leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, and smooth. It hydrates the skin enough that it takes the edge off of soaps that tend to dry the skin such as Arko. I highly recommend this aftershave. I am enamored with it. I love the smell and the feel it leaves me with. And at six dollars for a 177ml bottle, I genuinely believe that this is the best bang you can get for your buck.

If you want something on the lighter side with a great vanilla scent you will like this one. Not to sweet but just the right amount of vanilla to give you a different scent than the store aftershaves that all smell the same.
