Not a mild razor

My item has uneven blade exposure and I end up spending a good 5 minutes trying to reduce the unevenness. One side seems super aggressive and one side seems mild-ish. I have shaved with this twice with a Treet Platinum blade and the aggressive side just cuts me up. I got this as a part of a 4 head package so I will try the other heads before deciding whether to ask for a replacement.

Had it for two weeks now and I just haven't figured out how to get a good shave with it so far. Been wet shaving for 6 years and I have a half dozen other heads I rotate through including merkur 30c, muhle r89 and timeless aluminum so I don't think it's poor technique. I've tried it with 3 different blades and 3 different soap brands so far but it always it just a harsh harsh shave. Maybe I need to keep fidgeting with blade alignment and trying other blades assuming mine has no defects.

My razor blade exposure was uneven from one side side of the razor head. One side is perfect but the other side was very aggressive. I wish I had used and returned the razor head before the 6 months, but its really not worth all the trouble. Using the aggressive side first pass, then using the mild side for the rest of the shave.

After about 2 years of use, the screw part of the head corroded; therefore, it was rendered useless as the head could not longer be *******, and stay, into the razor handle. I thought it shaved just fine when I did use it.

Very mild head with no alignment issues. Used it with a Voskhod blade for a comfortable two pass shave. Had a bit of a weeper but it was my fault using a bit of pressure. Overall good buy.
