The Omega 6209 Silver Tip is an excellent brush for those who love the characteristics of badger hair. The face feel is exceptionally soft, but it has enough backbone to work up a good lather, even on my stubborn soaps. Seriously, it's a great soap loader. I've been using this brush for several weeks, and it only lost 3-5 hairs during break-in. The nice loft helps this brush hold onto a lot of lather, which is great. But the thing that keeps me coming back to this brush is the amazing face feel. If you're a fanatic for premium handle materials, this is probably not the brush for you. However, I really like the look, heft and feel of the contoured green resin. It has a bit of color marbling in it and a small chrome Omega badge, which are both nice touches. If you're looking for a Silver Tip brush, this Omega model is well worth the price of entry.
