Great brush for face lathering. Has a long loft which seems to make the lathering a breeze. It took a couple of weeks for the brush to break in, but now it is as soft as many silvertips. Seems more like best badger than pure badger.

It's a good brush for what it is, but it is a pure badger. It's scritchy and pretty floppy. But it does lather very well and holds tons of lather. I would recommend it for someone who bowl lathers and likes a little scritch too their brush.
