This seems awfully similar to Truffit &Hill sandalwood. Surprisingly this makes a good lather, decent cushion and slickness. For the price you can't beat this stuff and the fragrance is very nice.

I really like this shave soap, it was great on my sensitive skin. It lathered very well and I loved the sent. I like it so much I got the travel size to carry with me on trips!! Not really any thing to complain about!

I received this puck of Parker Shea Sandalwood with a bundle of samples only two days after placing my order. Unbelievable shipping. I've heard people say they can't get the soap to lather for the life of them. Well I have no Idea what planet they're living on. I was able to get this bar to whip just as good, if not better than any standard puck of Conk or VDH. I'll admit, it did take a tad more water and effort to achieve my desired consistency, but I don't see how that could constitute a problem. The lather was ultra slick, and has a long face-life. I wouldn't compare it to TOBS or Trumpers cream, lubrication-wise, but those are expensive for a reason. The smell was my only disappointment, but not 'bad' by any stretch. Just very subtle and clean-like. Not much hint of any Sandalwood. Considering the scent, I'd give it 3.5-4 stars IMO, and would definitely recommend it to wet shaver low on cash or just anybody in general who likes to try new stuff but doesn't wanna break the bank. Good product. Great seller, as always. I'll definitely be buying more to add to the rotation when this one runs out, if it ever does. ;)
