Proraso Aloe and Vitamin E Shaving Cream, 5.2oz Tube

I have been a loyal Proraso customer for a long time. Having used the Green tube for a while, I decided to try the Blue tube as I found the Green tube would dry my face a lot. Honestly, I wish I had tried the blue tube sooner! The cream feels like the others, and has a unique pleasant smell. The cream lathers very easily, and makes a very thick, protective slick lather which is exactly what I look for in a good shaving cream. After three passes, I had no cuts, weepers, irritation, etc. I can honestly say, it's the best shave I've had with a Proraso shaving cream. Overall I rate this cream a 5/5, there is nothing I would change about it.

Blue grey cap is an excellent and modern cream and overall the best in the proraso line.The lather which is very slick and protective is pleasant to work with and keeps your face moist throughout.The smell,neutral and light,vanishes after rinsing your face so it doesn't mingle with the aftershave lotion.An ideal "winter" cream,when you don't want that menthol kick.

I got this product in sample of 4 Proraso scents and found that it lathered well and smelled great, not too strong, not too weak. Its hard to describe the scent, as its unlike other scented products, which certainly makes it unique. Of the 4 samples from Proraso (Blue, Red, White, and Green) Blue and Red were tied for my top picks. Two different scents for two different moods. I will order both again.

I didn't care much for the scent, at first ("eggnog/nutmeg" is apt), but it's growing on me; aside from that, this shaving cream has amazing moisturizing, glide and lathering capabilities! For me, it's in my top 3 along with TOBS Avocado and Body Shop Maca Root.

I find myself coming back to my brush hours after shaving to smell the lingering scent on the brush. It smells like nutmeg and cinnamon straight from the tube but by the time it hits your face it's much more complex. Thick and creamy, great moisturizing... Perfect as the weather starts cooling off in the months ahead.
