Rapira Swedish Supersteel Double Edge Razor Blades, 5 blades
100 pack of blades can be found here
It feels like one of the sharpest blades I've ever used. I really like the Rapira stainless, too. I like the Rapira, but it is more dull. I think you get more for your money with this significantly sharper blade. It's 15c for the Rapira stainless, but this Swedish blade, from mother Russia, at 20c per blade might give me a few more shaves than the regular one.
Compared to Levi, I have found these to be my all time favorite - not too sharp as to rip your skin or cause the slightest weeper, yet sharp and smooth enough to do the job with so much ease (I am also using my wise investment of a Feather stainless razor -changed my life!). 2 passes and a brief touch up is all I need in short time.
Obviously these work great for some, but definitely not for me. To me, these were highly irritating and I experienced more tugging than any blade I've tried (Including some I found at the local dollar store and thought "eh, they might not be that bad"). But it can't be said enough in the wet shaving world, each face and whisker is different so keep trying blades till you find that magical one. The Platinum Lux is mine, these may be yours.
These are sharp and smooth. I really like it with the MR6 and v3 maggard head.
One of my go-to blades. They're on the sharper side but not feather sharp, these are also pretty smooth blades as well. They have the nicest packing I have seen it a blade so far. Highly recommend a try.
