I recently purchased this after getting tired of another one by Frank's Shaving that kept losing hair. Two days in row, I lathered up some soap in it and let it sit (repeated the next day) to break it in. Used this the first time for a head shave and it is just wonderful. Great coverage, easy to lather soap and feels nice on the skin. It's not even fully broken in yet but it's just been a great performer after one shave. I'll probably buy another one just so I have it around as a backup or for my travel pack.

I have to agree with the first review entirely. It didn't take long for this brush to break in and have a soft bloom and earn a spot in the starting lineup. The grip on the handle is an ergonomic design and feels naturally comfortable in the hand to face lather with. I can't compare performance in face lathering to a preferred smaller knot/loft (20/50) brush, but this one has never let me down. Super back bone that doesn't get in the way when face lathering with soft tips that a badger would paint Chick-fil-A like road signs reading "Shave more boar hairs" while holding this brush.

The brush is on the big side but is the best boar hair brush I own. Once broken in the brush is soft. At the moment it’s my go to brush. I recommend this brush for anyone who likes boar brushes
