Our glycerin-based shaving creams are an excellent way to achieve an incredibly close, yet comfortable shave. Although not required, we recommend using one of our badger haired shaving brushes for the optimal shaving experience. 
Scent: A fresh oceanic fragrance with top notes of Bergamot, Mandarin and Cardamom, combined with a Lavender, Geranium and Clary Sage heart resting on a Sandalwood, Cedar Wood and Musk base.

I always thought T&H was the slickest of the English creams, but I've been experimenting with some of the Artisan tallow soaps this month and I wondered how 1803 would stand up. Turns out it was just as slick as the new Declaration offerings. The lather is not as dense (it is a cream after all) but it made no difference in the quality of the shave, and of course, was easier to lather. It showed me there is nothing wrong with an occasional return to the classics.

This stuff smells so fresh. Classic clean scent. Smells very similar to me as the Maggard barbershop soap. This stuff performs well and no one could hate the scent. Very happy with this purchase.
