I have been a satisfied customer for several years and experienced great service with excellent products. I placed an order tonight, May 11, and did not receive the 11OFFMAY discount. I am not the best with technology but I did type in the code. I was unable to go back in the order to correct anything. I used by Discover card and was wondering if you could credit my account. Wen I try to crate an account with my existing email, as you suggest, it refuses and displays an error:
This email address is already associated with an account. If this account is yours, you can reset your password

On your old website I think I used two different email addresses, both of which I still use. So on your old website I may have ended up with two different accounts! Sorry for my carelessness in doing this.
For this new website let’s go with the email address I. believe started with in the first place when I started ordering from you. . I will enter it as I apply for an accouont on the new websidte.

Are there problems logging in to your website using iPad. It just refuses to work .I can log in OK on my Android?
