Declaration Grooming Convergence Artisan Shaving Soap Milksteak Base, 4oz - Special Edition

There is something about a well-rounded man. Someone who is intelligent enough to lead, but smart enough to listen. Someone who can adeptly handle any situation and feel just as comfortable wearing a crisp suit at the head of a room or well-worn weekend casual with friends, family and possibly new adventure.

The well-rounded, versatile scent is much like the man who wears it. Similar to how all of these qualities converge together, Declaration Grooming and Maggard Razors came together to create Declaration’s first retailer-exclusive scent, aptly named Convergence in lieu of this year's convergence of wetshavers at the annual Maggard Meetup.

It contains classic notes that have stood the tests of time and will for many years to come, with suede leather, amber and cognac as stars shining brightly upon a base of oakmoss, rosewood, patchouli and frangipani.

BASE: Milksteak is my tongue-in-cheek name for the culmination of all of my soap crafting experience to date. While the name may be whimsical, it was an incredibly difficult decision to deprecate Bison and Icarus - one I would not make without full confidence that I was releasing not only the best soap base I have ever developed, but one of the finest soap bases ever created.

Over three years of customer feedback, research, theory crafting and, of course, love, went into this soap base. I focused on ease of use (softer than Icarus), slickness, and post-shave - all the hallmarks of a great soap.

Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Water, Castor Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Vegetable Glycerin, Bison Tallow, Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Sodium Hydroxide, Lanolin, Bentonite Clay, Yogurt, Buttermilk, Egg Whites, Coconut Milk, Goat's Milk, Tocopheryl Acetate, Maltodextrin, Milk Protein, Salix Alba L. (White Willow) Bark Extract, Arctium lappa (Burdock) Root Extract, Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Fruit Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Silk Amino Acids
