The coconut scent smells good without overwhelming your nose. Lathers easily like the other TOBS creams in the line. Also has a very thick and smooth lubricity.

It would be a five star review if it was based on the lather and smoothness. Truly one of the best in that category. I did however purchase it for the "coconut" scent which to me is non existent.

I got a sample of TOBS coconut with several other products recently. Wow!, an awesome shave up to the post shave. Outstanding quick dense and slick lather, Great razor protection and scent too (real nice sweetish coconut), I am thinking. A++ for sure with my BBS result. Then the post shave occurred and my face felt tight and chemically abused for hours. Even two rounds of different (otherwise proven good) balms didn't fully rebound me to where I wanted to be. Not a typical razor burn or rash, in my limited opinion as a DE shaver. No visible reaction to the cream either. I admit I generally favor cream/soap products with a tallow base, largely for their post shave results. Even so I have had much better post shave results with other glycerin based products before (artisan, not international marketed like TOBS). The ingredients might have something to do with this. As much as I love the outstanding shave time with this I won't be putting it in my rotation.

This is my favorite shaving cream at the moment. The coconut scent is spot on and refreshing. The scent is not over whelming but light and fades quickly. Like other TOBS creams this one lathers easily and lubricates well. TheseTOBS creams are some of the best out there and a good value as well.
